Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research is the only UK charity solely dedicated to research into blood cancers, including leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma.
Your fundraising helps benefit research in Nottingham where medical teams specialise in developing new, cutting edge treatments for people with leukaemia and lymphoma.
Named after our bright yellow shirts, the Leukaemia Research Banana Army is about having fun whilst also doing something extremely positive to help people with blood cancers. It doesn’t matter if you are new to the events or an experienced athlete – everyone is welcome!

Treetops Hospice
Your local hospice for Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire
Treetops Hospice provides much-needed respite care for adults in the local community, who have life-limiting illnesses such as cancer, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease and end stage heart and respiratory diseases.
Treetops Hospice provides:
- A brand new Day Care unit in Risley – giving guests the chance to relax away from home
- Hospice at Home care – providing respite care to patients and carers in their own home
- Carer’s support group – giving carers the chance to share their experiences
- Adult and families bereavement support service – available to anyone who needs support
All of the above services are provided free of charge and the majority of our running costs come from charitable donations. By choosing to run for Treetops Hospice, you can be sure you are helping to secure our future.
