Now in its 9th year, the Cooper Parry Corporate Relay Challenge remains the UK's largest corporate relay. Having raised over £215,000 over the last eight years for the marathon charities, this year we are hoping to increase our fundraising to reach our cumulative target of £250,000.
The Cooper Parry Corporate Relay Challenge is now a firm fixture in the Nottingham business calendar. In addition to raising much needed funds for charity the Corporate Challenge gets local businesses to take their health and fitness as seriously as their careers.
It's a team event like no other.
Everyone wins – we all try to raise money for charity, local businesses have great fun and get a little fitter at the same time. In a relay format, teams of five follow the exact same course as the Experian Robin Hood Half Marathon with each team member running around 2.5 miles before handing over the 'baton'.
By entering this event, you can support Dame Kelly Holmes' charity, the DKH Legacy Trust, and help them in their mission to create life chances for young people.
By fundraising for the DKH Legacy Trust, you will be invited to a unique Masterclass with Dame Kelly Holmes, where she'll provide some expert running tips in the build-up to the relay along with hosting a training session. This opportunity does not come around every day and is something not to be missed.
The Cooper Parry Corporate Relay Challenge is a fantastic event l but more importantly it is an opportunity for businesses to give back to the community we live and work in.
